How long is the drive to the Westgate from the airport?
Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino is located only 3.5 miles away from Harry Reid Int’l Airport (LAS)—which, depending on the time of day, can be as little as a 10-minute ride. The airport website provides information on a variety of transportation options between the airport and downtown Las Vegas.
What attire is recommended?
Be comfortable in business casual attire—and good walking shoes. Temperatures may at times be cool in public areas of the hotel and in the meeting rooms. Bring a sweater, jacket, or wrap as a “just in case” for the times you find yourself in those locations.

What’s the weather like in Las Vegas?
Expect temperatures in mid-September to be on the warmer side, with temperatures in the 80s and 90s.
When is the CPO exam?
The Certified Plant Operator (CPO) exam will be held on Thursday, September 14, 8:00am – 11:00am. Only IBWA members can take the CPO exam; the charge is $80.
