Rick Zimmer is a Global Director of Beverage Accounts at Eurofins Drinking Water, the largest single-site water-testing laboratory in the United States. Mr. Zimmer holds both a Bachelors and Masters degree and has over 30 years of experience (all with Eurofins) working in the public water system and beverage industries. Mr. Zimmer presently manages Eurofins’ Bottled Water, Beverage and Food Manufacturing clients in the U.S. and Internationally. To support this role, Mr. Zimmer remains engaged and involved with USEPA, FDA and several State Regulators. He also participates in several industry technical, regulatory and stakeholder organizations and presents frequently throughout the country on a host of water related topics.
